Microscope Installation and Training Services
VWRCATALYST offers Installation and Training Services for all VWR Collection and Motic brand microscopes.
Microscope and digital camera installations are carried out by factory-trained service engineers to the highest standard. Trained technicians can perform an on-site installation, inspection, start-up, and staff training on the proper operation and maintenance of the microscope so you can focus on your lab studies.
An agreed upon installation date will be set before travel arrangements are made to ensure proper instrumentation and staff are present. Most major cities in the U.S. are covered by the designated service areas. However, additional travelling fees may apply for outlying rural areas.
VWRCATALYST can provide half-day, full-day, or multiple-day installations on the most intricate and complex microscope assemblies. And once completed, we can also provide post-installation, in-depth training services to make sure your entire in-house technical team understands the complete operation of your new instrument.
Our service includes complete instrumentation unpacking, pre-assembly quality inspection, full microscope installation, post-installation calibration of all optical components and cameras (if applicable), and preventative maintenance review.
Training includes review of proper calibration and operation, optimal setting review and implementation, proper handling and operation of the instruments, and establishment of a routine maintenance guide to prolong the life of the instrumentation.
