rmp Protein A Sepharose™ Fast Flow is composed of recombinant protein A coupled to the well established Sepharose™ 4 Fast Flow base matrix by reductive amination resulting in multi-point attachment. Reductive amination creates chemically stable amide bonds and resulting low ligand leakage.
